  Phoenix was blessed with a unique look, he's just a bit taller than an average person and slightly more muscular than some. His personality is easy going, unless you're on the opposite end of him in the courtroom and there's a sexy sort of charm that just flows off him.

• Biography

  Phoenix was always told he was the product of a sperm donor. That his mother had wanted to get pregnant for so long that she just went and got artificial insemination. The truth of the matter, unbeknownst to Phoenix is that he's the product of an extra-marital affair between his mother and an attractive drifter named Denver. His mother never got the man's last name, but she figured that naming her son after a capital city would be good enough.
  
  Phoenix Montgomery was born into a well-to-do family, his mother was a modern heiress that gave her son the life of leisure and luxury she thought he wanted. But Phoenix loathed his life, he hated it in fact, but it allowed him to go to college and get the coveted law degree. It even allowed him to participate on the collegiate archery team, he was even the third in line for the Olympic team when it came around.
  
  Once he graduated though he started to work in the Public Defenders office in the Nexxus.
