  For now, both of them will be played separately.
  
  As for Iantha, At whatever time she wakes, she is going to be disoriented, confused, easy to influence, weak and very hungry - for dreams, fantasy, energy. With negative ones, it's easy to warp her, most likely. So, she could get captured, maybe break free, have some adventure with someone from the 'bad side'.
  
  If she gets involved with someone nicer, then she will most likely follow him around, maybe s/he would feel pity for Iantha and help her out. She can pay! The girl's main quest is to find her brother and/or get to safety.
  
  I am most certainly not opposed to eventual romance with her.
  
  Saien is the type to join up with someone on random quest or wandering, because he has no certain goal and doesn't mind helping others out. As long as he keeps on moving, anything is fine by him. So, a lot of open chances for him.

  He woke Iantha and took her in. Recently, she revealed to him her true identity as Dreamweaver and feels at ease enough to call him a friend.
