Jakaal is an extremely fast individual, beating the fastest mage on the Continent of Usmaal by over one hundred crosses. Jakaal has also done battle with Dark Guilds, eliminating them all by himself - Jakaal is one of the most prestigious and strongest mages on Usmaal, ranking in the top three. He has bested illusion magic, and taking down several Demons single-handedly. He is partnered with another one of the strongest Mages on the continent, by the name of Romanus. Romanus ranks in at the top seven strongest mages, out of the thousands of wizards on the Continent.

He has mastered Heavenly Body Magic, effectively using it against his opponents with relative ease, it is his favorite type of magic. Roamnus uses a magic known as Dragon Slaying magic, a magic nearly extinct.
