Brief Overall Description: Long, brown hair and amber eyes. Despite how normal-sounding she sounds like, Lena is the complete opposite. Vivacious and playful, the Italian's smile could probably brighten up anyone's day. She has a way with words that could persuade many into whatever she requests, as well as a rather blatant and honest attitude that allows her to do even the most embarrassing of things shamelessly.

PERSONALITY
Personality: She’s very cheerful and vivacious, and almost always has a witty quip up her sleeve for most situations. Lena is very easy to talk to and knows how to make others open up to her - such are a traits for a charismatic leader her family can look up to, although she is prone to lashing out against others who show her not an ounce of respect. Lena's very big on the saying 'treat others how you want to be treated'. She’s not afraid to embarrass herself, seeming to have high self-confidence and independence yet at the same time doesn't let it all go to her head and rarely ever acts arrogant or overestimates herself. Although, one thing that flusters her easily is flirting - despite her playful nature, she's not good with all the romantic sort of things, more than often taking an example from a cliche novel when she does end up getting herself into that kind of situation. Lena's not the brightest person when it comes to technicalities or planning her strategies, often leaving it to someone else and instead acting on pure impulsive instinct when faced with a situation.
Yet despite her lively personality, Lena is more than capable of being able to read the atmosphere through another's body language in order to act accordingly. A smooth-talker and coy girl underneath the friendly exterior, she would make no hesitations acting antagonistic if she finds that it'll help the situation. At times, she highly prone to suddenly and abruptly pushing people out of her business if she finds that she's getting too close to them. Due to her upbringing, she always puts her family first - even if she has to cut all ties with anyone unnecessary. In addition to where her loyalties lie, she's often known to spoil younger family members as she has a soft spot for those younger than her.

Her house is decorated with bright, warm colours despite all the walls in each room being a pristine pearl white. It has a welcoming, homey feel to it and she hangs various pictures of herself and friends and paintings she’s acquired during her travels. It always smells of home-cooking and pastries.

Has proper knowledge of using firearms, although she tends to be more of a lucky shot when aiming precisely.
Special skills/magical powers/etc: Due to extensive training and possibly some other reasons, Lena's strength is admittedly the main factor that makes her a daunting opponent, as she does not have the typical delicacy of a woman her age. Other than her strength, no other important abilities come into play.

Weaknesses in combat: Has extremely sensitive hearing - any particularly loud sounds would be able to distract her for an opening. Long-range combat is something she is unable to defend against, as she has neither the defensive maneuvers nor the concentration to calculate distances and how to properly dodge oncoming projectiles. She also has a hard time with feints and is actually very easy to fool once the fight gets going.
Strengths in combat: She is surprisingly stronger than she looks - Lena is capable of throwing a full-grown man twice her size over her shoulder by using the weight and momentum against them. She also has very quick reflexes and good stamina - Lena can take a few hits before she goes down as well.

BACKSTORY
Maddalena was left at the doorstep of a church when she was mere months old, considering the fact that there were no orphanages in town. She never knew her parents. Despite this, she surprisingly grew into a very cheerful and positive person who loved to do nothing but make people around her smile. Lena was affectionately called ‘Sunny’ by her friends and the members of the church. Her adoptive father, Riccardo who was one of the priests from the church, raised her to believe and have faith in God no matter the problems she was going through. As a child she often played the violin with the choir at the church and that was where a mysterious man found her.
The man claimed to be a talent scout - showed all his credentials and introduced himself as Dante Bianco - and told them Lena's talent should be shown to the world. Oblivious of his interior motives, Lena and her father agreed for her to travel with the man to Rome, Italy to play for the lords and ladies. The concert was a success! - the audience had enjoyed her performance, when all of a sudden a gunshot rang out from the back. Various people began shouting ‘Mafia, Mafia!’ as many tried to flee the scene. Scared out of her wits and frozen in her spot, Lena was led off stage by Dante himself, who smiled at her approvingly.
“You will be a great addition to the family,” he said.
It turned out that Dante had been the right hand man of a Mafia family, the Constanze Famiglia, who had come to recruit Maddalena to the family. Not to cause violence, he assured, but merely to distract the public while they did they work silently. Reluctantly, she joined the family and began touring Italy - eventually, the world - as not only a masterful violinist who could capture everyone's attention for a distraction, but also as one of the top assassins for the Italian Mafia, known better as 'The Killer With A Thousand Faces' due to her talented disguises.
