  Brief Overall Description: Witty and humourous, Marisol is a laid back yet spunky girl who always enjoys being right and having the last word in debates. Although she tends to be very sarcastic and she doesn't really have much of a filter on what she says, Mari enjoys socializing and naturally draws friends and acquaintances alike thanks to her sweet motherly nature and friendly disposition. Normally she's actually very lively and the life of the party when it comes to hanging out with a large group of friends, but one-on-one she's much more toned down and collected, sporting a faintly sassy attitude that helps spice up a conversation.

  Brief Physical Description:
  Marisol stands at 5’3 with long wavy black hair and a side swept fringe along with hooded, brown doe eyes covered with black-framed glasses unless she’s participating in some sort of physical activity - otherwise, she exchanges her glasses for a pair of contacts. She’s of average height and a bit on the plump side, with a curvy figure and tanned olive skin. Most of the time she prefers wearing mixing preppy clothing with various other styles, considering she likes to play around with her fashion - she’s a big fan of pairing her oxford blazers and sweaters with colourful shirts and bottoms, and especially converses. She actually has a very extensive collection of a various array of converses alongside her other shoes. Although, her most prominent accessory is most likely the hand accessories she wears - not all at once of course, but she enjoys having her expensive-looking wristwatches and rings to show off.

Along with OCD, she has mild Narcissistic Personality Disorder, always seeking approval and praise from others, often seeking attention and seeking ways to keep peoples' attention on her - it usually interferes with her self esteem and may cause her insomnia for overthinking.

  PERSONALITY

  Marisol initially comes off as an admittedly rather laid back, mature and exceedingly polite girl who seems and looks older than she actually is - she's well mannered, friendly and doesn't tend to say much. Although, she often walks the line between extrovert and introvert, adjusting her personality according to who she’s with - one moment she may be very playful and charming with a friend, and on the other hand she can be collected yet still maintain her signature sarcastic humour when with a stranger. She tends to be a bit selfish and whiny, also very clingy to the people close to her - when she's established an emotional connection with someone, she's practically got an iron grip (hypothetically) in the way she becomes so loyal to them. In truth she puts up a bravado of selfishly not caring what anyone thinks of her a majority of the time, never faltering in her decisions and always trying her best no matter what she does - but internally second guesses herself and wonders what she may seem like to other people constantly. It’s the reason why she’s always so apathetic towards being in the middle of a drama, hates it even - she avoids it like the plague because she hates seeing other people suffering, although is too afraid herself to help out.
  Mari is an extremely quick study, one would be able to find out once they got to know her. She only needs things to be repeated to her once or twice before she can practice and do it on her own, so she’s a rather good copy cat. Paired with her intelligence and memory, she gets good grades without even trying - and could probably go above and beyond, if she weren’t so prone to procrastination a lot of the time, getting a bit too laid back. She’s also a good teacher who has the patience to teach someone so as long as they have the determination to pull through - otherwise, she gets rather frustrated easily and tends to get rather rude and standoffish when forced to repeat things over and over.

  Erin Wilson - they've been friends since grade school, and is actually a main influence in Mari's life. They're opposites, usually - Erin tends to be more popular and well known, being very 'in' with the styles and slang while Mari follows the beat of her own drum and drifts from different groups to another. When they're together though they're usually pretty inseparable even though they don't hang out as much as they did as kids - they share a similar mindset and their thoughts are usually in sync enough to know what the other is thinking, which Mari appreciates and why she sees Erin as a kindred spirit of sorts.
  
  Sam Owens - much like with Erin they've been friends since grade school, except have known each other for a much longer time. They're rather similar in personality and get along rather well - Sam tends to be the one that keeps Marisol up-to-date with the latest trends and popular slang, and often is the one to teach her more about pop culture than anyone else. They bicker and clash at times but rarely every take things too seriously.

  Shannon Lim - their relationship generally very easy going and it's rare for them to ever fight about things. Marisol tends to get annoyed with her due to her problem focusing at times, but still loves her very much as a friend. Because Mari tends to lack experience with dealing with her emotions Shannon tends to be the one she does all the venting to, meanwhile Mari supports Shannon in whatever else she needs.
  
  Rosalie Shudo - these girls love to goof around and get their nerd on due to their similar personalities. They enjoy talking about the various fandoms they've read or watched about, and just talking about things in general. Considering they have generally the same kind of humour they love testing jokes out on each other.
