If you were lucky enough to spot this elusive creature out in public, it's likely they haven't noticed you just yet. Bespectacled eyes were often fixated on something else entirely than other beings.

While clearly a dragon, there seemed to be something about them that wasn't so pure in that regard. It may be the elongated leaflet ears, or the luxurious purple mane hanging messily around stark burgundy horns. It may also be their rather short and stout stature, at a mere 4' 7" and only having heft in the hips and thighs, the rest of their form shrouded in oversized attire, leaving their gender indistinguishable to many.

Finally, a pair of eyes meet yours, but almost as quickly as they pick up your gaze, they look away with a flush of color entering their cheeks. There was absolutely no chance they were the one to first approach and speak. Feeling eyes on them often made their feet carry them on to the next adventure, so catch up with them if you are adamantly seeking an encounter. Their curiosity will surely get the better of them.

1. Please discern IC from OOC. I'm comfortable with RPing as long as what happens IC stays IC. If I feel that this isn't happening, I'll mention it. Repeat offenses, and I will end communication.
2. No drama. I don't really want to hear about your personal life and the troubles you're having in it. I'd rather talk about projects, character development, the complexities of our universe, and other philosophical or psychological topics.
3. Small talk is tedious to me. I prefer getting down to business. "Hi/Hello" and a few questions/comments is just being polite and I respect that, but please let me know why you are getting in touch with me in the first place (RP, art, etc.)
4. I won't tolerate bullying, superiority complexes, misogyny, or any other form of narrow-minded negativity. If you have some unchecked personality disorder, it's not worth my time to try and help you with that and you will be blocked.
5. Somewhat related to 2 and 4: I also don't plan on being your friend simply because you are, "unique" or, "special." I want to communicate with people who are comfortable and confident in themselves and don't flaunt their diagnoses and pronouns like badges. It's really not worth my energy to feed into these things, either.

Added an always/never chart because I want to make it very clear the sort of RP I'd like to pursue with this character.

Haven't been here in a while, so took some time to clean up a few things and make minor updates to Muze's overall personality and character.
