• Description

  Sylvester is on the extremely short side, with rounded features and a button nose. He has a thin upper lip and a fuller lower lip, and his eyes are wide and set just slightly too far apart. He's often wearing baggy old shirts and shorts--though the shorts turn to pants in the winter. His hair hangs in limp tendrils down to his shoulders, and he often has it tied back. It's actually naturally yellow with blue streaks, but most assume he dyes it. He's also near blind without his glasses, large red aviator frames. They're very out of fashion, but he loves them and refuses to get new frames.
  
  In his other form, Sly is a blue ringed octopus. He's bright yellow with blue spots and can fit quite comfortably in the palm of someones hand. This type is highly venomous but Sly has never bitten anyone.

• Biography

  Sly was always an odd duck. He marched to the beat of his own drum and didn't care what others thought of him. Growing up in a Nexxus orphanage he had to learn how to fend for himself at a young age. Nobody ever wanted to adopt the odd boy that would rather talk about science equations than football. This didn't seem to bother Sly one bit, as long as he was able to go to school he was happy. If people didn't care about him, he didn't want to waste time with them anyway.
  
  He aged out of the system, and got a job in a laboratory that was researching Nexxus marine wildlife. Sylvester wants nothing more than to be a marine biologist. When he's not at school, he's in his small one bedroom apartment, near the campus and the beach. He got a good deal from the landlord, and he's fairly happy there. He also spends a lot of time in his tank especially when he's feeling dried out. He's definitely a social outcast, and doesn't have any friends. He doesn't let it bother him though, he's confident in himself and knows that he'll make a friend when the right person comes along.
