• Description

  Percy is the bastard son of Jonan Dosias and not a full blooded Archonian. He also has the blood of werefolk in his veins. Werefolk are animals with humanoid forms. Very few are civilized and they mostly live in small tribes seperated by species and religion.
  
  Percy spent the majority of his childhood as his father's punching bag due to be the "shame of the family name". He was stripped of any rights to his father's title and property for being halfblooded and effeminate. Percy had learned to control his emotions due to the fear of what he'd become. Under extreme amounts of stress or severe emotion he can change into a werefolk. While being stronger and faster, he loses himself to his feral instincts, even turning on his dearest friend Payo, the boy who saved him from his father's abuse. Percy had a bracelet made to prevent these transformations, but he cannot prevent them from happening under a full moon. Bracelet or not.
  
  Percy was saved from his father when speaking with Payo his father struck him. Payo knew Percy's father was his superior at the time yet stood up to him and refused to stand aside while his friend was abused. Percy left the Dosias household to become a documentarian. (basically a secretary in addition to public speaker) for the Marcutio household and has faithfully served Payo in any way he could.

  Since he hasn't yet had any formal training in weaponry he had a specialized yoyo made from steel with serated edges the gyrate when the string is extended for combat along with his pistols. It's highly unpredictable but leaves him vulnerable in close quarters combat.
