  Physical Appearance
  
  Body Type: Slender, agile
  
  Physical Details: The creature has long blue hair that would likely fall to her waist, should she be found out of water. Her eyes, a deep and dark color of aquamarine with veins that are lighter in hue. Her skin is almost pallid; a milky color that is quite fair in its complexion, however her bottom half is spun in iridescent scales. A flowing, water-like pattern of blues and greens in various hues, and a ridge of gold along the back. There are several small spines that protrude from this ridge, nearly black in color and along the sides are two translucent blue fins (four total). Two fall about where her knees would be, the other two look quite like the end of an eel's tail, decidedly for propulsion through the water. The tip is slender and pointed - her tail is quite long.

  Physical Drawbacks: Very awkward out of water, sensitive eyes, tail cracks and can become damaged with prolonged exposure to the air (unless there is a significant amount of steam, or if it is raining enough to keep it sufficiently wet).

  Appealing Attributes: The creature seems rather exotic, and she's quite pleasing to look at when moving through the water. A lovely face, and a soft, soothing voice.
  
  Clothing: A peculiarly-crafted sort of "bikini" top which appears to be made of gold, or a similar material. A serpentine figure is etched into the material, mimicking the shape of her tail, with the head of a vicious-looking snake. The image itself is very subtle, however, and does not call for much attention. The bracers she wears are of the same style, and there is a rather heavy chain currently wrapped around her tail enough to inhibit her full range of motion.

  How do they present themselves: Quiet and relatively timid at first, however upon further acquaintance, she seems to be polite and soft-spoken. That tongue has a tendency, however, to grow somewhat sharp when confronted. Slave may need some refining.
  
  Feelings towards being owned / rented: She seems to have little feeling either way on the matter, claiming that she'd rather not exhaust whatever was present of her sanity in fretting over things currently beyond her control.
  
  Overall Attitude: Docile, outspoken
  
  Quirks: She's quite sarcastic, when she feels she can get away with it.
  
  Hobbies / Interests: Teasing a certain shark, perusing the remains of shipwrecks and collecting artifacts from them, terrorizing ships on the ocean, reading when able
  
  High or Low Maintenance: Someplace in the middle; she must have a water supply to survive, however if given the ability to live in such an environment, she's relatively low maintenance.
  
  Diet / Allergies: Among her favorites are (raw) squid, kelp, sea grass, and assorted raw fish. Since acquisition, she's been noted to have sensitivities to raw meat and processed foods, as well as breads and other cooked goods.

  What are you looking for in a slave / slaver Roleplay: I'm open for just about anything, however I'd prefer plot over something that revolves around sexual roleplay. To be honest, sexual roleplay gets boring and I'm apt to lose interest very quickly if that's all it becomes, and request that other arrangements be made. I've made my character to show her personality and to develop plot, not to become some sort of sex doll. :) Also, while I don't mind companion role play in the least, I would prefer a definitive line regarding who's in charge.
  
  What are your allowances for your character: I request consent before maiming, or death, or permanent alterations. Anything else, please give me a heads-up.

  General Information
  
  Character Description: Timid creature moved like a serpent, physically dedicated to a life spent primarily in the sea. Eyes were fluid and ever watchful, skin a milky white that suggested she spent little time basking in the delightful glow of the sun. Very much like a mermaid and not quite a naga; her tail was far more snake-like, however, and covered in the smooth scales of such a creature. A chain wrapped around her tail; taut and heavy enough to restrict any good amount of movement lest she try to escape. A wit presided over the majority of her words when she spoke, a wonder if the girl knew her place at all. Something about her suggested danger, nevermind her harmless countenance. A lovely creature, to be sure. Gilded and untamed, needing only to be harnessed.

  Notes: Phiah is a leviathan, who happens to possess the ability to shift between such a form, and the one that she's currently stuck in whilst in the Tether. When in her fully serpentine form, she grows to a length of approximately 60 feet long, with a proportionate girth.
