  Nikephoros is, without a doubt, a rather strange Gryff. He can be both patient and impatient, and sometimes quite unpredictable. Of course, if there's a way to be unpredictably predictable, or predictably unpredictable, Phoros would probably find it.
  
  Phoros can be charming, if he wanted to be, in his own strange manner. He's certainly quite different from others. With his blotched up coat and clumped fur that almost looks like a wet cat, Phoros isn't attractive in normal means, but can be handsome in his own way.
  Then again, Phoros does everything in his own way. Be it normal or strange, it's his way. And that's just Phoros for anybody who might run into him.

• The Battling Stranger

  Nikephoros is known as a fighter. A fellow who fights for the sheer joy of fighting. He has no known background to him, not all that surprising or uncommon. What's odder is that he wasn't built to be a battler at all. He has the appearance of what looks like a wet cat, with a blotched pelt and clumped fur and feathers. And unable to be hidden underneath that coat, he's actually a little bit... plump. On the more chubby side of things. No to mention he's really actually smaller than an average Common.
  Nevertheless, Phoros has the blood of a wandering fighter in him, and he enjoys a good scrap here and there.
