  I'm sorta using the Toon page on dandwiki as a starting place/template for mechanics, and am not sticking to it that closely, as Queen Ziggy Frazzlesocks comes from the video game Toontown Rewritten, and not the Who Framed Rodger Rabbit universe. This is all also subject to change, so if you've got tips or advice, feel free to give it.

• Lore

  Queen Ziggy Frazzlesocks, despite the way it sounds, is not an actual queen, Queen is just her first name, this doesn't stop her from dressing up like toon-y royalty though! Ms.Frazzlesocks is, specifically, a crocodile toon from a Toontown that is a world unto itself, it is also infested with businessmen robots, but that's not that big a deal.
  
  Queen, because of an accident with her portable hole, has found herself here: A land of dragons, dungeons, deities, druids, dukes, demons, driders, drow, dinosuars, and displacer beasts! While wholly unfamiliar with this new world, Ziggy adapted quickly, and has at times been mistaken for an, admittedly exceptionally strange, lizardfolk fairly often.
  
  Befriending her isn't a difficult feat, even if you hate her guts and are only stuck traveling with her because of circumstances out of your control, she's just as highly likely to take a shine to you, in this case as the younger sibling who loves to annoy you to hell and back.
  
  Because of her being a living cartoon, a common reaction Queen gets when adventuring is unnerve-ment. Since your average spell slinger or sword swinger won't also be a planes walker, or even if they are, seeing Queen is like seeing someone in a different art style from the rest of reality. This, of course, doesn't stop her from trying to befriend people, it just makes them much more wary of her.
