  Early History
  
  Rodia was born deep in the woods in a small elvish village. Her father lead the small group and her mother was their priestess, they knew their daughter would be something special to the group when they saw her bright red hair and how fair she grew. Her appearance was rare for an elf, but that just made her more cherished. She lead a comfortable, but sheltered life as the group had no contact with outsiders, other elves included. She was always curious about the life in the woods and, when allowed, would often walk through them, always careful of contact with those rare being she may find and watching them closely from the shadows and trees until they left the area.
  
  One fine day she was relaxing in glad under the sun when she noticed the a stillness settle over everything. The birds were silent and it seemed every creature had stilled, the peace began to fill her with worry as she was always able to sense the life in the wilderness about her and now only heard the near by stream bubble over its stones. It was then she notice the person stepping from the shadows. The very sight froze her, calling to mind stories she had hear from childhood about outsiders. Little did she know she was right to fear this man, he was a soul shaping assassin and it was just bad timing that they cross paths when he was in need of a few new souls. As he approached her another man dashed forward from the treeline, drawing a blade from his boot, and rushed her would be attacker. The skirmish was swift, but brutal, leaving the soul shaper dead and her would be savior bleeding on the ground.
  It took her a moment to process what she just saw, but knew the man had saved her life so she did the one thing she could do in good conscience, and took him to her father.
  
  It took some time to manage the man back to her village, but she eventually made it at close to sunset. Everyone was aghast at the sight of the outsider, both of them covered in his blood at this point. Her father allowed him to be healed at first, but by their law had to confine him for his recovery. A council was quickly called to decide his fate. The law called for the death of any outsider who finds their home, but he did save her life. The debate battled for hours into the night, her father wishing for leniency while the elders called for the mans immediate death to protect them all. Slowly it turned in favor of the elders as she listened at the door. Once she was sure of his fate she stole away, slipping through the village unseen to save her savior....
