Far to the south, where the sea turns crystal blue and the winds that blow across it are warm and fragrant, you will find a place like no other. A nation scattered across an archipelago, a paradisaical feast of the eyes and senses. Home to a strange peoples, they live in conjunction with their wild tropical world, colorful and glittering and industrious. Practitioners of an otherwise morbid kind of magick, they are curious and friendly to visitors.

But when their wardrums echo and the horns are blown, they become the unshaken driving force for their warlord and their blood-stained legacy continues.

--BLOOD-LETTING and SELF-MUTILATION in a ritualistic setting
--VIOLENCE/GORE, both in present tense as well as mentions of domestic violence/rape in a past tense (I will never write it in RP but as it is part of a central character's backstory, I refuse to erase it entirely from the content)
