  Shimo inherited her beauty and grace from her mother. Her hair has a floating, weightless quality and never seems to snarl. She can also fly for short periods, but she largely favors the youkai traits of her father with a third eye on her forehead, as well as two pairs of eyes, spikes down her back. She is a pale, cool gray with a white underbelly. She wears loose fitting robes, but they usually have her upper back exposed so top pair of eyes can see. She can wear more formal kimonos, but close fitting clothes are a bother that she does her best to hide. Shimo's universe was based off DND's Oriental Adventures setting, so all her clothes etc should look "Japanese Feudal Fantasy" rather than "Medieval Fantasy".

• General Description

  Shimohana is the young daughter of a Baize (Hakutabu) and a YukiOnna (Snow Maiden). Snow Maidens are siren-like ghostly spirits that either make people get lost or guide them out of mountains. They usually only appear in blizzards, which happens to be Shimo's favorite weather. The hakutabu is an ox-like holy beast that's associated with healing. Her father was her primary parent as her mother's whereabouts have been unknown since shortly after her birth. He has since been slain when Shimo was barely a teenager. Shimo lives secluded in the mountains studying herbology and healing magic. Though remote, she is not alone. Nadare, a tengu samurai who once served her father, and a foo dog named Mayu live with her and guard her vigilantly from the human world.
  
  Shimo relishes the quiet subtleties of the herbs and earth that she studies. The tunnels she lives in have warmer areas fueled by hot springs that allow her to tend a small greenhouse of sorts at the top of the world. She is very intelligent and wise. She feels a strong sense of duty to her studies to help the mortals of her region as her father before her. However, she is fearful of the outside world, though she's works to conceal this. She will only help those who manage to make it to her home and have passed the judgement of Nadare, her samurai guardian. She is deliberate and thoughtful in her actions and honest about the limitations of her knowledge. She can be haughty and blunt, but at no time is she pretentious or big headed.
