Lucille Spitzer was the only member of her family unaffected by the Rabid X virus and, consequently, was orphaned during her early childhood when the rest of her mutated family was 'cleansed' towards the latter half of 2019. She was then in the foster care system for a spell, placed in a home of what would now be considered a 'Purist'. Mercilessly fed propaganda, she took the materials under the facade of accepting the teachings and turned it into an obsession with learning more about mutants and the disease that started it all. When her adoptive mother moved the pair of them to Swan Hallow, the then-17-year-old made a break for Fort Cheyenne to further her research and attempt to make contact with the mutants and furres outside of the Purist community.
Presently, Spitzer's only companion is her scrap motorcycle, built from scratch by her own hands, lovingly referred to as Humdinger. She's attempting to make a living peddling information, both gossip and research she collects in the field. Often she can be found traveling outside of Fort Cheyenne in search of new information and 'specimens'. She sells information unbiasedly to both mutants hoping to learn more about themselves and Purists hoping to destroy them, though the quality of her information may vary depending on the buyer.
