Iota of Gallifrey

Basic Information

• NAME / ALIASES
  Iota's real name was Compassion, but she lost it when she gained the Visions, from then on she was known only as Iota and later the Visionary. Iota has many alias(s) but her most common are: Iota Xi, The Visionary, The Nameless Soldier, Kyra Smith, Alice, Lady Fire, Lady Clair, Jane Smith, Oddball, and Kelly White.
  BIRTHPLACE, SPECIES, EDUCATION
  Iota was born on Gallifrey in the Great House of Arpexia during the Early Rassilon Era about fifty years before the Doctor (4734.74). Iota went to the Arpexia Academy until the age of eight. She attended the Prydon Academy until she was 20, then entered the Time Academy where she become a Time Lord. She graduated the Time Academy with a Doctorate in Biology and Medicine.
  FAMILY
  Iota's parents both died in the Time War. She has two siblings. A brother and sister. Her sister died slightly after the Time War, meanwhile her brother lived on for some time after. Iota has several children. She had a son called Dainme who was born in her first life and died before he was eight years old. He was a Gallifreyan. Iota has a daughter called Elizabeth (later Lambda Elizabeth) who was born in her third life and currently still alive. She is a Time Lord (More...). She has a son whom she adopted in her sixth life named John Waltly, who became a half Time Lord half human in an accident with her Watch when she was human. She has another son who is half Time Lord named Frair (born in her eighth life) who is a half Time Lord half Fire Child. He died before his twelfth birthday. She has an adoptive daughter, who is the daughter of her parallel Ninth self, who abandoned her at birth (name coming). She also has several grandchildren.
  ALLERGIES, ABILITIES, TRANSPORTATION
  Iota is allergic to Alcohol, Aspirin, and most other painkillers. Arsenic will kill her. Iota has many abilities. Like all Time Lords she is very intelligent, possesses the ability to travel in time and space, Regeneration, telepathy, and knowledge of inter-dimensional travel. Unlike most Time Lords she has Visionary Abilities [Seeing back and forth in time as well as being able to read a person's timeline through touch]. Iota travels by TARDIS (Type 50 Mark II] or teleport. She knows how to drive.
  GENERAL PERSONALITY
  Throughout all her lives the Visionary suffers with her visions. Like all Time Lords her personality varies lightly throughout her lives. She generally sticks to herself and has what she calls a 'doctor's heart' which can be her weakness as she can't resist letting something or someone die, even her enemies. She's bright and clever. She's quick witted though has a habit of pointing out the obvious. She tends to be sarcastic and sometimes easily annoyed. She is often the first to notice things out of the ordinary although other times miss the obvious. She rambles. She is deeply haunted by her visions, considering them more a curse than her longevity. She often is considered unstable and is unable to control her emotions. As she grows older she tends to warn her companions that she can lose 'control' and harm them. The Visionary can get very annoyed with someone who tries to protect her. She is willing to do anything to protect time even if her secret wish is to change or rewrite it.
