Alien Hand Syndrome ; where a limb moves and acts without the owners awareness.
Orion's left hand/arm moves on it's own. Not all the time, it's quite rare, but it happens. He's unaware of it happening until he or someone else points it out, and he can't feel his arm/hand when it happens, which is often a dead giveaway for when it happens. It often just feels like it's by his side.
Congenital insensitivity to pain ; where the recipient does not feel any physical pain.
Orion cannot feel any pain whatsoever. He never has, and he never will. He can feel emotional pain, and he's very vulnerable to it, but he cannot feel any physical pain.
Anorexia ; an eating disorder where you throw back up your food, or sometimes you don't eat at all.
Orion barely eats, and when he does, it's usually only to convince someone he's alright. He quickly finds some privacy in a bathroom, and throws it all back up again. His body is extremely skinny because of it, and his ribs and most if his bones are very visible. He looks like he could break with the simplest touch.
