• Mental State

  • (MDD) Major depressive disorder - Suffers bouts of severe depression. Once he hits his bottom a change takes place...
    
    
  • (OCPD) Obsessive–compulsive personality disorder - While this doesn't effect his life dramatically outside of his home everything within his manor has a specific place and must be just so.
    
    
  • Nightmare disorder - Suffers from almost constant nightmares each time he tries to sleep.
    
    
  • Insomnia - Because he suffers excessive nightmares it's hard for him to sleep at all. As a result he may go days without sleep.
    
    
  • (NPD) Narcissistic personality disorder - While not an extreme disorder in his case, he puts great effort and time into his appearance and cares greatly about how he looks.

  
  
  Although he seems to function normally around others and his illnesses may not be apparent he takes great care in masking his true mental state.

• Curse

  This unfortunate man suffers from a very peculiar curse.
  Although he does not age he is still alive in a sense. He can bleed when cut, suffer broken bones, and can even be killed, though it would require more effort than a normal being. (No you may not kill him without any consent from me.)
  
  
  The first half of his curse can most closely be compared to vampirism.
  
  Eating habits
  
  

  • Poe can survive on normal food and drink, although it's not as satisfying to him, this is the option he relies on most.
    
    
  • Poe is able to drink blood from victims, or willing donors, although it is rare for him to do so. This is the next best thing for him and is more satisfying than regular food and drink.
    
    
  • While he can survive on food or blood, he is also able to steal the spirit- or life force from his victims through a kiss. This is his steak dinner, rarely is it taken too far and at most his victims are left feeling weak for a short period of time. He can go years without doing this and the fear of being labeled a monster keeps him from losing control.

  The second half of this dubious curse is just as strange as the first.
  
  While he suffers from Major depressive disorder, once he's at his all time low a change takes place. No longer is he a kind gentleman. He changes into what can be closely compared to a male harpy. In this state he is more likely to lose control of himself and his actions.
