    Given that he knows that, sometimes, legs can be useful. Thorn saved quite a bit of money to save for this item. It only works in portions of 10 hours. On the arm band he wears there is a stone stitched into it. The stone will allow Thorn to shift from his normal snake bottom, to that of legs for only 10 hours before it needs another 14 hours to recharge.

    Stone eye
    Like that of his mother, a gorgon, he has the power to turn people to stone. The effects can be reversed within the first 24 hours with a tear. Any longer and they'll be no more then garden decor. The arm band he wears also keeps his eyes in check since he is still learning to control the power so he would no longer need the stone on the band.
