  Tsuki Mikage's real name is Lillian Hillcrest, an American girl who was obsessed with the Harajuku fashions. She learnt Japanese from her aunt and spent a few years absorbing the knowledge of Japan. One day, her mother got an email saying that she needed to move to Japan for her work because a case needed to be solved there, so the whole family moved to Japan. She then completed her education in Japan and flew back to American to officially become a detective
