• Description

  Volyana has the exotic look of her people with her light green eyes, tanned skin, and black hair. But her species allows her a bit more allure than her people ever had, there's something enchanting about Volyana. In the twirl of her body as she dances, the curls of her hair when they bounce around, and the thumping of her heart to the beat of the rhythm she just pulsates with something special.

• Biography

  Volyana was a mixed daughter of the Romani when they moved to the United States in the 1860s, she was chosen to be quite the up and coming girl in her little band. She had been gifted very early in life with an affinity for divination. Of course she isn't your run of the mill gypsy anymore.
  
  When she was 27 and working out of her wagon she heard a knock at the back door, Volyana went to open it only to be thrown down and mauled by a large wolf. The next day she awoke transformed, and ever since that time she's wandered the face of the world, occasionally working in circuses or other traveling acts. But mostly just traveling.
  
  In the last few years she's settled down and opened a little Mystics shop on the edge of a little town that she's pretty sure is inhabited by other wolves. But so far she hasn't had much trouble, be that her age or the fact that she is always shrouded in herbs and spices so it tends to mask her wolf smell.

• Werewolf Information

  Yana isn't like many werewolves, her specific species is not bipedal. While she does turn on a full moon she also can turn at will. It hurts, oh it hurts like hell but she can do it. And now that she's older she can do it so much quicker than before. And the pain doesn't feel nearly as bad.
  
  When she shifts into her wolf form it is an actual wolf, though much larger than the grays or reds. Her size is along the lines of an Irish Wolfhound and while at first glance she can easily be mistaken as just some large breed mutt it's very obvious that there is wolf heritage there. In this form she is cognitive, she can think like she would as a woman but has no ability to speak. Being highly intelligent she can easily discern prey, and can pick and choose what she avoids.
  
  As a human her werewolf traits do bleed over. Having enhanced hearing, sight, scent, strength, and speed means that she can be found out if she isn't too careful. In order for her to turn someone she has to take them to the edge of death, not just a puny bite or a whimpy scratch. She has to mean it and so she has never turned anyone.
  
  As a female werewolf she is unable to become pregnant and currently she has a mate named Landon.
