• Background History

  [Zeal ak Shadowbane] was born the son of the [Massive] [Blue Dragon] [Atlantis] and the equally [Massive] [Red Dragon] [Mercedes]. He grew up as a [Wild Sage] in the [Tarot Forest] outside of the lost continent of [Atlantis], named so for his father. In reality, it was his first world and it had been entrusted to his dragon father for it's care-taking. His childhood was anything but normal. He and his mother had been escorted out to the forest as was traditional for a [Wilder] to be raised deeply spiritual and with natural traditions.
  
  He showed a gift at the [Tarot Magic] that permeated his world at a young age and learned how to manipulate the story-based [Arcana] on his own, through his experience and natural understanding. It was with his natural understanding, in fact, that he had to learn everything, having a mind that was more like an animal's than any other kind of life. This was because he was born not only as a [Black Dragon] from his parents [Full Dragon] forms, but as a [Fox Morph].
  
  As he grew older, he was made [King] of many countries in [Atlantis] while his [Royal Family] taught him to be a [Kind and Understanding]. It wasn't long though before something began to happen in the [Tarot] of his world. The appearance of strong monsters in the generally well-organized [Magical] [Manifestation] began and the knights of the kingdom were hard pressed to defend it.
  
  Then it happened... the appearance of [Lord Murk]. Whether he was some [Fantasy] come to life or a childe of some misguided mortal was unknown, but with his arrival, which was sudden, like an explosion of darkness in the psyche, the victory of evil was established. [Atlantis] had begun to fall.
  
  [Zeal] was 13 years old when the castle fell. The [Dark Enemy] led by [Murkrow] managed to destroy the [Magic Gate] and the [Dark Tarot] poured into the city, enslaving it's people and carrying them off captive to another world. Our hero barely managed to escape with his mother, fleeing through a portal and found himself in a place called [Rhy'Din].
  
  Since then, he has had many adventures in many realms, [Wandering the Dreamscape] and travelling wherever he saw fit. He even established [A Kingdom of his Own]. He spends most of his time now at his [Royal Duties] and taking care of his many children, but still finds [Time] to adventure.
  
  He is now an [Ageless] thirty-three years old.
