  Juliet has short, blue hair. She often wears a blouse, a sweater vest and a long flowing skirt to professional events. When in more casual situations, she still keeps her skirt, but wears a hoodie showing the Welsh flag and T Shirts depicting nerdy history jokes. She also wears glasses with a black frame and very thick lenses that she needs to see. Without them, she's as blind as a bat. She often has a black leather purse, full of various papers, her wallet, pepper spray, and a prized, golden pen. Both the pen and the bag have her insignia.

  Juliet grew up in a modest household in Cardiff, Wales. She was often bullied for her lisp and her obsession with history, fantasy novels, and her obsession with preventing the end of the world. After graduating high school, she moved to Seattle, Washington State to pursue a career in teaching.
