  The Twins were born on October 13th. Both of them are very fond of the dusk time. There's a sense of balance in the world at the time. And at this time, they have a very unique bond at this time.
  
  They weren't very close until the beginning of the their High School Careers. When Cyrus became more aware of the social divide between he and his sister, he did everything in his power to keep her in his close circle worried he'd lose her forever.
  
  It's a unique relationship. One that many people don't really understand. But Cyrus and Lucine really wouldn't survive if they didn't have each other.
