  Tall, well built man with with a clean shave and short, scruffy brown-silver hair.He has a bionic eye on his left side from when he was shot with a low-powered plasma pistol, blinding him. He has a scar going from his chin to his bottom lip on the right side. He wears a dark green cloke with what is (probably) a stolen military generals uniform underneath it. under his cloke is a utility belt. on his left and right arm is a console that allows him to control parts of his kit like his jet boots and active cloaking. but it runs on a uranium power pack, it grants him near unlimited power but if it is damaged to much it could kill him with radiation poisoning.
