• Short Biography

  Selene was born in 1847 to a wealthy family in the London area, this gave her access to a first class education. Her family travelled frequently and when she was 11, her parents lost their lives on safari in Africa. Selene was taken in by a local tribe and remained with them for seven years until she returned to London to live with her Grandfather. Many believe that it was during that period in Africa she received her ability. Her Grandfather died when Selene was 24, due to illness and she inherited everything. Including a large estate, housing one of the best stocked libraries in Britain. It was then that Selene started to work on her first book, documenting her time in Africa. This also sparked her ambition to become a research zoologist and animal behaviourist. She wishes to understand more about her powers and why she has them, so she is continuously travelling to obtain more knowledge about the animal kingdom. Selene has made a fortune over the years from her books and has created a rather nice career for herself.
