Trevor Scott is the keyboard player and male vocalist of Threat of Invasion, a local rock band that plays covers from the small town Teal Cove, Texas about half an hour north of Dallas. He'll be starting his junior year in high school this fall. He drives a 1974 lime green Chevy Impala he calls "The Green Goblin."

Trevor is an only child and lives with his mother Virginia Scott. His father, Joe Scott, divorced his mom two years ago but lives in the area. Trevor's dad owns an alternator shop in town and Trevor works for him part-time. Trevor is on good terms with his dad despite the divorce and he tries to make time see him outside of work at least once a week. Joe owns a boat and sometimes they go fishing together on the nearby Cedar Lake on Saturday mornings. He is hoping his son will continue on to be an auto mechanic like him.

Trevor's best friend is Matt Hunter. The two have been friends since elementary school and live on the same street. Matt is a grade ahead of him and is the drummer of the band.

Trevor is dating Starla Baxter, a cute blonde girl who is on the cheerleading squad. Starla is also the bassist for the band.

Tabby Blackwell is like the little sister Trevor never had. She's a year younger than he and Starla and two years behind Matt. She moved to Teal Cove right before the start of the last school year. Tabby is the guitarist in the group and hangs out with the rest of the band regularly including the weekly get together when they go over to Matt's co-worker's house to play D&D after band rehearsals. Trevor enjoys teasing Tabby relentlessly but would lay down his life to protect the girl if she was ever in danger without a second thought.

Trevor's current musical influences include Keith Emmerson (ELP, Rick Wakeman (Yes), Richard Wright (Pink Floyd), Tony Banks (Genesis) and Geddy Lee (Rush). He learned to play piano by taking private piano lessons in the 3rd grade at his mother's insistence and after hearing Elton John's "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" album. He continued lessons until junior high. At that point, he realized that he was good enough that he didn't feel he needed to take lessons any longer. As he got a bit older, he began to explore progressive rock music and began to take an interest in the keyboard players in those bands.
