  klaus is a decent kid with a warm personality and even warmer hands. seriously, his hands are always so warm, how does he do that? he loves making friends and is quite chatty, and was actually pretty popular in his previous school thanks to his friendly personality. he's very open-minded and strongly believes that everyone has the capability of being a good person. however, he has almost no filter when he talks, and him letting harsh things slip out in the heat of the moment isn't too uncommon. he wants to grow out of his impulsivity, a trait that he's had since he was a kid, but has a hard time actually making any progress. he has a strong tendency to follow the crowd and the leader, rarely thinking independently. on the other hand, he likes being surprised and prefers the unexpected to the expected.
  klaus constantly has his head stuck up in the clouds, daydreaming about his ideal future, but his plans are a total mess and he hasn't made much effort to actually achieve the goals he has occasionally boasted about to his friends. he's still stuck in a somewhat childish phase and has a hard time taking things seriously, going through life with a "it will work out eventually" kind of mindset. deep down, he's actually terrified of what the future is going to bring and isn't sure what to do about it, resorting to acting really chill about it as a sort of a defence mechanism.

  born and raised in göteborg, sweden, klaus has lived a pretty normal life with his happy little family consisting of his swedish father, argentinian mother, little brother and pet cockatiel.
  no, really.
  yeah, sure, grandpa died at one point, he sprained his ankle at another, but otherwise his life has been rather normal.
  maybe even too normal.
  average friendships, average drama, average grades, average... pretty much everything. his whole darn life was totally average, and he finally had enough.
  he needed something that actually differs from the typical formula he can't help but follow so he doesn't get isolated from everybody else! anything, everything, that's as far from average as possible! something that will totally change his life!
