• More About Ann-Marie

  Ann-Marie hunts monsters. Werewolves, vampires, even the occasional spirit or demon. If there's a way to kill it, she will.
  
  She carries several weapons with her at nearly all times, most concealed by her coat: two Glock 22s, one on each leg; two knives, one silver and the other iron, one on each arm; and an older-style handgun on her left hip, loaded with her silver bullets. (She does in fact have permits and conceal-carry licenses for all of these.) If she's expecting trouble, she's likely to have her sawed-off shotgun with her, and Ann-Marie also has a fair amount of heavier weaponry stashed in caches all around the country, including automatic weapons and explosives. (These are slightly less legal than her usual weapons.) But don't make the mistake of thinking she's helpless without her guns; it'll end badly.
  
  Very much an "end justifies the means" kind of person, which is probably why she focuses her hunting on werewolves. She didn't become a hunter to kill monsters, but to protect people -- and when it comes to werewolves, the monster inside inevitably gets out. She doesn't kid herself that she's not really a murderer; she knows exactly what she's doing every time she kills.
  
  Do NOT call her "Annie." She'll hurt you. Badly.

• Physical Description

  Ann-Marie has blonde hair that reaches a little past her shoulder blades, usually bound in a low ponytail. Her dark brown eyes are accented with thin, rimless glasses, worn less out of necessity than as a distraction from the rest of her face, making her harder to recognize. Physically fit, most of her body shape is hidden in the heavy drape of her dark red leather trench coat, long enough to reach her mid-calf. The coat is usually worn open to give easier access to her guns while still concealing them. Underneath are dark clothes, leggings and a long dark grey shirt, loose enough to give free range of movement and not make the Kevlar obvious. Long brown leather boots come to her mid-thigh, and reinforced brown leather gloves go to her mid-forearm.
  
  Her handgun is kept in a holster on her left hip, the Glocks strapped just above her boots. The knives are worked into the gloves, with a catch to prevent them from falling out -- Ann-Marie didn't go for the switch-release because they tend to break at the worst possible times.

  Because I can't find anything quite right for Ann-Marie's appearance, here's a few pieces. I've only just realized she looks a lot like a female Vash, but I think my subconscious was going for more of a Red Riding Hood theme -- she even deals with wolves!
