Magic and power are two key words that have always been a great part of young Joseph's otherwise calm and stable life. Since he was quite small, Joseph has been proved of his powerful tendencies, and his immense magic.
People around Joseph always describe him as an outgoing, sweet and thoughtful young man, with the heart in the right place. When someone needs help, he is almost always doing his best to help. If this is not an option, he may be stunned around for days and wonder about things if he could have done something better or if the situation was really out of his hands.
Joseph is not like any other magician - he was born a cold winter night, and left by his mother, at a human orphanage. The people on the spot soon discovered his strength, but when he had already won their hearts, they did not feel like throwing him in the street. In addition, he did no harm, and he did not know anyone other than them throughout the great cold world.
When Joseph reached fourteen years, his true mother appeared again, begged and pleaded forgiveness and explained his situation. At that time Joseph was absorbed by rage and hatred to the person who left him without explanation and could not forgive her.
So he packed his stuff and left a cold December night before Christmas. Soon he encountered a bunch of moving people who caught him and for the next five years he lived in poverty, insecurity and pain. Five years he could never ever throw out his head and let go.

Right now, Joseph works as a library of magic, a place just magicians may be. He loves his job, but it is stressful and long working days, as well as poor pay. His apartment is not particularly big or delicious, but it is nice and homely, so he would like to spend many hours there, with a good book or some delicious food.
