Black hair with a set of blue eyes, it's not unlikely for him to be covered in facial bruises and untreated cuts. It appears Deckard has gone under some kind of shoddy cybernetic modification. His entire right arm is mechanical, although he tries to hide the fact. Oddly enough, when placed under a HRM, the EKG always seems to flat line. If placed under an x-ray, you would see that a battery has been inserted into his chest against his ribs. This battery seems to pump blood into his body automatically, as well as power his arm. It is unknown how it is maintained or powered.
