• Biography

  Growing up in Deutschland (Germany), Hans lived a pretty happy childhood within a respected family. His father and grandfather were renowned warriors in their youth, so Hans was expected to become one as well. He joined the military as soon as he was able, and he fought in several huge battles. The man loved his occupation, and he loved his country. When he wasn't fighting alongside his countrymen, he was flirting with the innocent maidens...and he was a real charmer. The young man was popular in his hometown, always willing to lend a helping hand. He spread cheer to the little girls whom he offered flowers, and he enjoyed sharing with the young men the proper way to handle a gun. He was an all-around, lovable guy.
  
  His reputation was shattered, however, when a rabid wolf attacked him outside of town one evening. The man was bitten, and he still bares the scar on his forearm, which he used to block the wolf from ripping out his throat. When the wild animal fled, Hans rushed home and bandaged his wound without complications. He never could have expected what the rest of that night had in store for him. He developed a severe headache first, accompanied by a raging fever. His condition worsened when he broke into a cold sweat and started shivering uncontrollably. Long story short, the man experienced his first transformation that night. He was overwhelmed by a ravenous hunger for flesh when he first turned wolf. He ravaged the town he so adored, and harmed many of his beloved neighbors in the process. He awoke the next morning to find himself naked, lying in a puddle of mud in the middle of town. Hans hightailed it home, managing to avoid notice but by a few blushing maidens. Distraught by the discovery of what damage he caused during the night, Hans confided in the town's cleric. The following weeks slowly passed, and the townspeople grew increasingly agitated as more people were victimized and no culprit turned up. As times grew more difficult, word got out of Hans' confessions. The few witnesses from the man's first turn admitted to seeing him run home one morning covered in mud and what appeared to be blood. The frightened civilians quickly turned on their once-loved defender, publicly shaming him and calling for punishment. Hans tried to soothe them, but all was to no avail. He was accused of involving himself in witchcraft, and the townspeople rallied about his home with intent to kill. The man was forced to flee the land that he adored and defended in order to save his skin. Still, he holds nothing against those people, and he considers himself a German soldier despite his being labeled a traitor.
  
  A decade later, Hans has gotten a good handle on his wolfie tendencies. He has complete control over the wolf except on nights when the moon is full. The man is at peace with his identity as a werewolf, though he tries not to go wolf around guests as he must eventually return to his human self, in the nude. Still a kind-hearted individual, Hans is not quite as tolerant or loving as in his human days. He does make a point of acting cheerful and friendly to all he meets, as he loves to be the cause of a smile.
