  For ages Light and Dark fought wars. Wars that felt never ending. Wars that crushed the souls of the Living... And buried the bodies of Light..
  
  The most recent war, between Light and Dark, dragged Humanity into the fray.. Eventually, Humanity became split into two. One that sided with Darkness. The other, siding with Light.
  
  Seeing the destruction of this chaos, Azdern, the Lord of Light, made peace with Shalith, the Lord of Darkness. But he did not stop there. Within the secrets of Heaven, he created a group of Guardians. They were not Angels, but they were a special group of Humans. Each once corresponding to one of the powers that makes one a god. The Handle, The Hilt, The Blade, The Attack and The Vision. They were each given their own abilities and weaponry, but all tasked with the same mission. To find and destroy the Cemmerian Forest.

  
  
  

  Jason's Role

  Jason Abidin was never born like a normal Human. In fact, he wasn't born at all. He was created from the power of Light, created by the powers of Azdern.
  
  When he was first created, he was given the option to choose a special training grounds to his liking. He chose to learn Arcane and Summoning Magic. He quickly rose to the top of the academy showing incredible potential for a spot in Azdern's new special forces. He then was given the title, 'The Handle'.
  
  Representing his resistance to Arcane damage. He is the brains of his group. He's the all knowing Guardian, allowing for his use of Arcane and Summoning Magic incredibly efficient. Because of this, his mental capabilities and mental health is beyond healthy.
  
  Being the brains of the group, the rest of his fellow comrades listen to him when they need a plan. Whether they need it before the fight, or in the middle of one. He is the planner, he is the one who can spot weaknesses of their enemies while in battle with them. This allows for extreme success in battle.

  
  
  

  The Handle's Arcane Intelligence

  When in training, he learned a whole arsenal of Arcane spells, along with Summoning Magic. When he was first enrolled, he was forced to learn and master the same spells. The first spell he was forced to master was the basic

  Arcane Ball.

  This spell allows the caster to form a ball of Arcane Magic into their hands. Sizes can vary on how much Arcane Magic is used. The bigger the size, the more Magic damage the ball will deal. When the ball is at its strongest, it can apply Mental Slowness. Mental Slowness causes the effected targets to have slower casting times with all abilities. It also affects their reaction times, making it harder for them dodge incoming attacks.

  
  
  After mastering Arcane Ball, he then learned how to channel his mental energy into a strong aura.

  Arcane Aura

  allows the caster to channel their mental energy into an aura. The aura increases the casting speed for nearly all of the caster's abilities. This is passive. It can also increase the Arcane damage of all Arcane based abilities. This effect activates once every 20 seconds and lasts for 10 seconds. Arcane Aura does have a few debuffs. When the aura is active, the caster becomes weaker to physical and ranged physical attacks, and they deal less physical damage. They also move slower when another ability is in effect.

  
  
  While learning to master Arcane Aura, he learned there's more in Arcane Magic than just intelligence. Spells can become more powerful, or weaker with casting speed, casting Focus and the type of spells that are being casted. He quickly learned there are different attack forms for an Arcane Spell. One of which, he mastered almost immediately.

  Arcane Spike

  allows the caster to form spikes made from Arcane Energy extracted from the air. This allows the caster to rapidly launch a group of Arcane Spikes towards his target. The size of the spike can determine how damaging it can be. Bigger spikes travel slower, have lower range and do more damage than smaller spikes. For the caster to make a spike bigger, they must charge the spike with more Arcane Energy than what is normally required. However, while charging a spike, the caster becomes rooted. While rooted, the caster is immobile and becomes weaker to physical and ranged physical damage. The caster's magic armor will stay normal for the duration of the root. If the caster charges the spike for too long, the charge will start to slowly drain the caster's life energy. Continuation of the charge can lead to death.
