  Real Name:
  All we could find were scraps of his birth certificate, from the scraps we could only find 2 letters from his first name "C" and "M"
  
  Referred Name:
  The fellow prisoners call him Cryosis, and since it is all we have to go by it is what we call him.
  
  Height:
  5'7"
  
  Weight:
  240 *we checked the scale multiple times because this was out of the ordinary for his size, but it came back the same recheck after recheck
  
  Appearance:
  -White hair *it is quite hard to miss him with this bright hair he has
  -Skin is very pale and sickly looking
  -Eye color is unknown *we have discovered a phenomenon were in we cant actually look into his eyes, if we do our eyes quickly drop in temperature and this results in temporary blindness
  
  Special Care:
  -We must keep prisoner CS-10s cell away from other prisoner cells as they complain about it being so cold during the nights due to being so close to him
  -Do not feed him hot food. There was once an incident where the hot food entering his system made a lot of steam and smoke emerge from him, this allowed him to attack the guard hidden in the fog emanating from his body.
  -Do not touch him while wet. Much like the rule about not touching a cold surface with your tongue because of the moisture on it will freeze your tongue to it, the same will happen if your touch CS-10 with a wet part of yourself
