In Adversity

• Lo'Qît's Garden, the Greenhouse Mara now studies and works in, is a marvel to behold. It's very big, for starters, with several smaller, closed off areas inside where the more sensitive plants are being grown. It's a very open and beautiful building, and Mara takes great pride in it and in her abilities to take care of it. After it was decided that she would become a permanent presence here, she moved all of her things into a small, cozy house located behind the greenhouse and it's joint garden. She isn't the only one who takes care of the garden and the greenhouse, of course, but she did offer herself up to be the one to live on the same grounds and oversee things when the others are gone. The greenhouse itself can be looked upon by the public, but to get access to it one would need to be joined by one of the botanists who work there. Mara, of course, is always more than happy to show people around but don't expect her to let you start touching and poking at anything without a good reason.
  
  Located behind the greenhouse is another garden, hence the name, and this is where she and the others who take care of it grow vegetables and other such things that they sell back to the community or to passing merchants and travelers. They all take great pride in their open and welcoming garden, and they're always sure to give back to the community around them. Mara herself can be seen quite often in said garden, dirt under her nails and staining her clothes.
  
  The inside of the little home she now lives in could sometimes be described as...cluttered, at best. Though really, that's her own fault. Countless piles of books and journals, all with papers and bookmarks sticking out of them in wild places, can be found through out the home. Candles, half written letters and notes are also common. However, she does also have a rather large, beautiful Vç placed in her room; her parents had always had a couple in their home and it was something she absolutely needed to have as well, if only to ease her own superstitious anxieties. She also has a pet Drr'ţö, Yasha, who proves to be...a bit of a task, at times. Yasha has mostly pure white fur, but her paws, ears, and the tip of her tail are black in color. She has wide yellow eyes, and tends to try her master's patience by knocking things off the counters when she wants attention. She's a moody creature but Mara adores her.
