• Description

  Strato is a storm elemental, his main body consists of clouds and is somewhat transparent. His eyes are balls of lightning, he has no mouth as he is unable to speak. He instead uses the sounds of thunder and a special emotional telepathy to communicate. For instance he can give off a low sound that he can "charge" in a way with a happy emotion letting someone know that he agrees with what they said.
  He has the elemental powers of lightning, air, water, and ice. Though he isn't able to use them very well and can only shoot small bolts of lightning with barely any charge to them, create gusts of wind that can disorient foes, splash others or make puddles of water, and create snowflakes.
