Origins and Purpose

• Before the Chaos Wars

  Predating the advent of the power-grab made by the Valheru, they visited a place like no other, the City Forever.
  
  it was a stunning display of cosmic forces, it seemed the stars themselves were contained withing the spires above. The architecture was grand and impossibly odd, and the Valheru found that they themselves had nothing to conquer there.
  
  though one being was there before them, the architect himself. standing atop one of the towers, made from the purest of stuff, and radiating positive energy originating from Mind itself.
  
  The Valheru tried to slaughter this being, but he simply appeared behind them in a flash of light.
  
  he said, "what are you? first circles? ah yes, the Valheru. please leave my city now." and motioned them towards a large circular structure, which quickly opened a gate back to Midkemia.
  
  most obliged, but the Valheru Kia-Ten-Camri thought herself the mightier. she told the architect to bow before the queen of all. and the architect said that she should bugger off.
  
  she lunged at the being, with the force of the mightiest the first circle had to offer and was quickly struck down by her own dragon. Rhyath, wisest of the dragons, knew not to let Kia-Ten-Camri oppose this being, so she made the decision of stopping her.
  
  she was rewarded for her action, being given a gift by the architect. she was reformed into a dragon unlike any seen before, with the ability to travel anywhere, even other universes and dimensions.
  
  she still wanders the universes, looking for something to do. she hasn't seen the architect since.
