• "Mother, who is that?" A young boy asked, pointing towards the girl with the silver hair and amethyst eyes. "Why does she look so odd?"
  
  The mother quickly pulled him to the side, eyes narrowing at the girl and her maid. "It is impolite to point, child. And you must not show disrespect towards Mistress Lenore."
  
  "Why?"
  
  "The poor girl's been through hell and back, child."
  
  "How?"
  
  "Must you ask so many questions?"

  ...Ammorette Lenore was robbed from the crib when she was a mere infant. She was taken away by her mad Uncle, whom had then raised her with a hard hand.
  
  When she was returned to her parents at nine, after her Uncle passed from strange circumstances, she was with them just long enough to grow attached. Not long after, she saw them slain by the hands of assassins.
  
  From then on her brother, now head if their business and household, has been her main caretaker. Though I've heard he's not too keen on her presence.
  
  She's a sweet one, I'll tell you that. There's not a day that passes by that she would ignore a man or woman or child in need. She's quiet too. I've barely heard her utter a sentence in public. She's a curious one. Curiouser and curiouser."
