Tyran Snowshade

Tyran was born into a disjointed life. He was considered a half elf, his father was a human, who was a traveling sales men, and his mother was a elf belonging to nobility. The family shunned the child, created from two species, saying that he is no more then a mutt. He is not a great warrior of a human, and he doesnt posses a great understanding of knowledge in magic like the elves. He was always told he was practically useless. The only people that showed him much love where his mother, Jullia Snowshade, his father father, Sovger Lightbringer and his half sister, Nala. Tyran only had one friend growing up, Julius Sunoath, a child from another noble house that was in close contact with the Snowshades. Since the noble family of the Snowshades, would not allow Jullia and Sovger to be together, the father was forbidden from coming into the home of the Snowshades to see his son. Instead, Tyran had to live with his mother, and his Uncle, Maxius Snowshade. His uncle despised him, often abusing him, and making sure that Tyran was responsible for all chores, and was never brought up to have anything to do with noble work.

Tyran almost didnt mind this, he didnt want to be a noble, after seeing how they treat their own kin. He gladly did every chore, proud to be stronger then his brothers who just sat around doing almost nothing all day. It was easy to say, that as Tyran grew, he was harder, tougher, and meaner then his noble family. He was often caught in acts of aggression with family members, and quick to put his brothers in their place when they talked ill to him, using his strength to defy his oppressors. When Tyran had the chance, he would often visit his father, who lived outside the walls of the castle in his home, Justifall. His father taught him some bartering tricks, as well as some common magic, how to bring fire to your flames, and how to soothe minor wounds. Soon Tyran started to learn a little more magic on his own accord, but he could never find it in him to do it as well as his full blooded elven brothers. Despite this, he tried it as hard as he could, and continued learning all he could. Soon though, he had gotten word that his father was struck with a illness. It was not clear what it was, some say it was some kind of blood fever, and he saw that his father was now slowly dying.

In grief of his father illness, one of which he could not afford a cure for, and that his noble family refused to help buy, Tyran started become even more rebellious and aggressive with his family. Often times he would burst into a flurry of anger, beating his brothers should they cross him the wrong way. His uncle started to take notes to this, and wanted to find someway to get his unruly nephew out. And one day he saw the opportunity, knocking right on his door. A general of of the Justifall army, looking for troops to prepare for war, against the nation of Havaland, wanted one of his children that would be fit or war to join the effort. Maxius saw Tyran the prime fit to go to war, hoping maybe he would die while out there. Though Tyran did not want to leave his mother, sister, and his dying father behind, he went willingly, wanting to do more with his life then sweeping lazy mens floors. And he new well what was uncle was hoping, that he would get killed in battle. Tyran felt that maybe if he did, it wouldnt be all that bad. He was never good enough for anyone anyways. But on the other side of things, he had his mind set on being greater then they could ever expect

And with that goal in mind, he set out to just that. His childhood friend, Julius, was a captain in the army, and took Tyran into his regiment, and the two fought side by side with eachother. Slaying enemy after enemy, and clearing forts after forts, Tyran and Julius came to be held as great warriors of Justifall. However things started turning a bit sower. Tyran was starting to soar through the ranks, passing through the grunts of the army, and becoming a captain...and soon they wanted him to be a general. Julius started becoming rather jealous, he had been fighting much longer then Tyran, he deserved that spot! Despite the long history he shared with Tyran, he let his own need for power consume him. One day, as the pair went out on a scouting mission with two other soldiers, after hearing news of Havaland spies being caught on their borders, Tyran split from the group to scout ahead. All he found where scarecrows, painted red like the soldiers of Havaland. He was confused, but as seeing there was no threat he returned to Julius. But when he did, he found Julius standing over the dead bodies of the soldiers that joined them. Before he could even ask what happened, more soldiers showed up. Tyran demanded a explanation, before Julies raised a finger at him, saying that he killed the two, after they disobeyed orders.

Tyran shocked and confused, watched as his soldiers raised arms at him, believing Julius's words. He looked into the eyes of Julius, seeing that he was in a pain for what he had done to his old friend, but yet he still seemed like he was content with letting this happen. Tyran had no other option, but to run. He fled and went into hiding, with a price now on his head for war crimes. He could not return home, and he could not be seen from anyone, as news got out of a deadly war general on the loose. Tyran managed to narrowly escape his homeland, sneaking onto a boat of friendly sailsmen, heading to Havaland. A place that once viewed him as an enemy, was now going to be his only sanctuary. He hoped too many people there wouldnt know him, and he would be able to not constently look over his shoulder in fear of someone hunting him. But he knew that sooner or later, he would have to return. He wanted to see his father and mother again, and make sure his sister was safe. But for now, all he could do was sail to the new land, in hopes of some kind of different life. All Tyran had to go off of in his life, was a hope that he was destined for something, so he didnt cling to hard to anything that would hold him back from reaching his destiny, whatever it may be
