  • Description

    This female can be identified by her very distinct tail rings but otherwise dark body. The white patches around her eyes are muted and unclear, and her stomach is only a few shades lighter than her back.

    This human has brown matte coloured hair cut jaggedly at chin height, often messy and a bit unkept, she makes an intimidating figure dispose her short height with piecing dark eyes appearing to have no sclera at all.
    White teeth stand out against dark (Brazil) skin and a round, small featured face. With amazingly varied expressions she can go from angry short child to puppy dog in an instant - do not trust her, she will take your food and hunt your guinipigs.
    Her preferred clothing is any loose fitting T-shirt and knee length short (often coming apart at the seems, with tears and mud marks).
    However in colder or temperate climates she is quickly uncomfortable and will curl up in any warm place, spending much less time looking human.

  • Background

    Born in an unnamed rainforest as part of a litter of 7, kui always enjoyed being a part of her family. Of course they had their fair share of sibling rivalry, but the forest always provided.
    She was kidnapped and 'cursed' to be a human when a skin walker stole her identity, but was eventually freed from her captivity when the skinwalker died while in coati shape. It was some time before kui managed to escape with the help of a traveler who had been seeking shelter at the skinwalker's hut. The traveler had seen shape shifters before, and was a great source of company and information for kui - who could not go back to her family as they where long gone from the area.
