Hyousuke

Hyousuke stands at roughly 4'10" and looks as if thirteen years old. His jet black hair stands upright in a rather unexplainable way as a visual representation of how feathers are shaped in his main form. The boy has dark eyes with a tint of red, underlined with grayish skin on his cheeks.

You cannot tell while he has his clothes on, but Hyousuke is marked with a scar spanning from his back all the way through to his stomach. Despite his regenerative abilities this wound could not heal properly for it was by an enchanted weapon.

Hyousuke couldn't care less about the modern fashion. He dresses up in simple yet very durable clothing with lots of hidden spaces to put various weapons in and wide enough to wear a tight-fit chainmail beneath. He is also fond of old style kimonos, everything that follow a simple rule - to be comfortable enough to fight in it.

The most characteristic part of his attire would be the feathered cape. It has an interesting trait of looking like it is made of fabric instead of feathers on some occasions like for instance when it’s folded on the boy's lap or whenever it is taken from him and held by somebody else. Hyousuke can also be seen hiding his face beneath an old carved bone bird mask covered with black and red markings.

Hyousuke's birth form and the only one he can achieve without the cape. His whole body and partly his face are covered in black feathers and his legs are those of a bird of prey. The boy seems to be a little shorter in this form for he has to lean forward keeping his balance.

His wings are enormous compared to his height and therefore have to be carefully handled. Only three of his phalangeal bones form the wings and the other two are located on the outside where they make sharp claws, one of them being an equivalent to an opposing thumb.

He stands at 6' tall with his wingspan reaching over 13". The demonic bird has a similar bone structure to a wyvern, supporting itself on both its wings and back legs while moving. The two claws growing out of the wings' carpals are strong enough for Hyousuke to hold onto edges and keep himself standing in horizontal position for extended periods of time. His long body allows for more flexibility than any ordinary bird has. The mask he is seen wearing in his other forms, here merges with his head adding to its eerie, skull-like look.
