Detective Ian Anaheim

Ian would be considered by most to be stoic and aloof. He doesn't express many emotions on his face, and neither with his hands. Usually it's just a flat expression, or sometimes a frown if he was irritated or upset. He also tends to have dry humor but doesn't find puns or typical jokes amusing, so people will often call him humorless. He is not easily impressed by other's status or wealth, and finds actions to be more important than words.

He has a strong sense of justice that has developed since childhood, and morality of right and wrong. He does not think there is a good enough excuse to engage in crime, but also has issues with corrupted cops and government systems, and wants to combat that just as much.

He likes order in his work life, but his home life suffers from it. His desk is clean and papers stacked neatly at work, but at home if he does any type of overtime or past-hours work, its scattered everywhere, and empty to-fo cups of coffee are scatted along the floor. It's rare to find him engaged in other activities as he is a workaholic, and he subsists mainly on cigarettes, coffee, and drinks of whiskey at night. His only other hobby is Judo, which he twice a week to keep his body in shape.

He dislikes warm weather, preferring autumn or winter, and doesn't like those who try to act out in vanity and gaudiness - and he is sensitive to smell, so heavy perfumes or colognes are the worst.

Ian has dark, raven locks he keeps shaggy and unkempt. He does not put much time and work into his appearance or his healthy, notable by the bags underneath his blue eyes and his pale skin, both from his anemia and lack of a good diet. His body shape is considered lithe and thin, his collar bone and hip bones defined against his skin. For work, he tends to wear a suit that's not tailored to him, being a bit baggy and unflattering. On his days off, he is either wearing sweatpants and a t-shirt or something else, all in greys and blue tones. He is not fashion-forward at all. Sometimes he is seen with sunglasses if he has a hangover from the day before. He seems to not have the capability to grow facial hair, never even having some stubble.
