    Toro was born with his ability but wasn’t able to use it until he was 12 years old, living in Japan he was raised by his two loving parents as an only child and had a good childhood. When it was discovered he had an ability he was sent to a special highschool for gifted children where he could be with other kids with supernatural abilities without the restrictions of normal schools.
