Background
Carson can be found roaming the streets mainly at night. He's the kind of person who likes to keep a low profile if at all possible. He is loyal and smart, but on the same hand very selfish and a bit unstable. He has a hard time controlling his shift, especially when losing his temper which is easily triggered. He dropped out of high school during his Junior year after repeated suspensions for fights during class, especially in the gymnasium.
He grew up in a middle class neighborhood. After his father died when he was young, he was cared for by his mother who slowly started drinking her way into ineptitude, not being able to handle losing her husband and feeling like she's lost her son even with him being right in front of her. Carson's acting out only increased after this, wanting any ounce of attention from his mother whether it be good or bad.
When he hit the age of 18, and his mother couldn't even look him in the face anymore, he'd decided it would be better for the both of them if he'd left home. It was around this time that Carson also found himself dabbling in things like drugs and alcohol. After a scare that nearly ended his life by an overdose, he'd quit drugs almost cold turkey. The alcohol still helped him to take the edge off, so he found himself leaning on it more until he'd met his good friend Mica. She helped to pick him out of his figurative Hell, and give him a couch to crash on. She'd worked with him to get his alcoholism under control, where he still enjoys it but doesn't use it as a clutch anymore. He is still prone to unstable tendencies a lot of the time, but with her help he has slowly been starting to realize who he is and is becoming comfortable in his own skin.
