Samuel Cecil Castillón

Physical Description

Samuel is 6'1 inches tall, and has a 6 foot long prehensile tail that he can use with great precision. He had dark brown hair that covers his Chest, tail, back, and top of his head. His face is more human than simian in appearance but his teeth are clearly that of a primate with larger canines than a human. He has golden raptor eyes, and fairly large ape-like ears that stick passed his sideburns. On his chest he has a number of tattoos from his younger years. He has a Made in Detroit tattoo, and a Johnny Chimpo tattoo on his right pectoral. After being caught in a massive explosion he was left with little remaining flesh. After being put into a very rare therapy he was able to awaken and is nearly fully cyberized. He is currently in a tall androgynous female jaguar body. His body hair is black, but if looked at closely in bright light it is spotted. His eyes are bright green, and has a four and a half foot long tail.

Perks

Snapshot: You can rapidly acquire multiple small or fast moving targets. When entering overwatch after taking no attack actions. You can take a number of overwatch shots equal to your maximum number of attacks as dictated by your Agility stat & GM discretion. Additionally any penalties on overwatch from being flanked, or other factors is reduced by half, following the GM's discretion.

Ambidextrous: You no longer have a penalty when using a weapon in your offhand. Seeing as you can use both arms equally well. However the penalty for dual wielding is only reduced by half as you need to manage multiple weapons.

Quick Reflexes: Due to your fast reaction time you can no longer be surprised. When an enemy has a surprise action you get a +10 to dodge their attack. In addition to the buff to dodge you can also take an action during that surprise turn.

Flaws

Pack Rat: Whenever you get a new item you find it hard to discard or get rid of it. You either store these items in a secure place, or carry them on your person. To get rid of items you must be persuaded to do so by a loved one, or succeed on an Int roll.

Controlled Kleptomania: You have an overwhelming urge to steal things but have managed to channel this urge to tiny objects that catch your eye. You normally take objects that won't be missed, or as a trophy to remember an event. However when someone angers you the object you take may be something of value.

Junkie: Easily addicted to all forms of drugs, alcohol, etc. Will be desperate to get his next fix, may experience severe withdrawal without it. Refuses to share any type of drugs he may acquire and is willing to steal drugs from others without question. When you take a new drug, or drink, make an End roll to see if you become addicted.

Socially Awkward: You are capable of being sociable, but you have trouble socializing in person. You are awkward and slow to trust with new people, and close up completely when you are caught off guard. If you are drunk, or high you tend to let things slip from your mouth that you really shouldn't. This tendency has a bad habit of making you enemies or ruining relationships. You open up and are more comfortable with people you trust and respect.

Traumatized: After a lot of physical, emotional, & mental pain the trauma became too much to hide away. But thanks to a unique therapy Sam can function somewhat normally. Depending on the trigger or event Sam can suffer mood swings of anger, depression, or anxiety with varying intensity.

Augmentic Integration Module - With the amount of integrations into his body Sam this was now a requirement. Allowing him much greater control over his cybernetics. But it also allows him to connect with other computer systems.

Integrated Stealth Boy: Added to his cybernetic body is a recharging stealth boy. While able to become invisible, this augment has a slight electrical humming noise it emits. Use is limited in how long it takes for the charge to build up after use after decloaking, preventing rapid reoccurring use.
