Darius Howler

Raising five children was not a problem for Jonathan, Darius's father. As a skilled merchant, he had the wealth and the time to make it happen.

As the oldest among his three brothers and one sister, Darius was the first one who had to decide his path in life. Despite his father's desire for him to inherit the family trading business, as a child he was always inspired by the tales of heroic knights and warriors and desired nothing else more than taking a path of justice, meant to protect the weak and the innocent.
When he came of age, he joined The Golden Sun, an order of knights with the goal of eradicating evil from the lands in its every form. Be it corrupted leaders or monstrous beasts, it made no difference.

Years of training and service as a squire to the higher knights brought him to raise among the ranks and become a knight of The Golden Sun himself, now, at the age of twenty-five, Darius wanders the lands by himself, following the orders of his commanders to seek and punish wrong-doers.

Easily distinguishable in a large crowd due to his bright armor, tall height and bright red hair, Darius bears an athletic, muscular body, gained through the training he had to undergo in order to become a knight. He has dark-blue eyes and his skin is mostly pale. He shaves his beard regularly, hence lacking facial hair.

His weapon of choice is an enchanted shortsword, capable of shining in the night and banish dark creatures, as its touch leaves grave burns onto the ones whose hearts are filled with evil. Excepting a few healing spells, capable of closing small wounds and cuts and temporarily relieving tiredness, Darius has no expertise in magic and is currently undergoing studies to deepen his knowledge into this field.
