General Appearance: 

Flash:
 Flash almost always wore black cargo shorts with strings hanging off of each short leg. The cargo shorts were also lined with an orange lining that went down both the right and left short legs, and were the colors of the strings that hung off the shorts as well. He also was almost always seen wearing a breathable work out shirt that was also lined with the same orange on each side of his torso. He also wore black fingerless gloves, and black shoes that were lined with, you guessed it, orange lines. Finally, he ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS, wore a black bandana around his forehead; but he could never tie it up correctly and needed Eric's help so it occasionally was seen hanging around his neck. Because of the power cosmic his eyes were a deep orange and his hair naturally became a bright orange that he usually left unkempt and wild. He also always looked full of life, alive, and energetic. 

Eric:
 Eric was the complete opposite of Flash. He didn't like to be standing out and instead wore rather dull clothing. He wore a grey hoodie that was two sizes too big, black pants that gripped around his calves, near the endings of them. He wore long black socks that tucked inside of his pants and black running shoes. He was always seen with large grey headphones, he mostly had them on and listening to something and was rarely ever seen with them hanging around his neck. He also wore a rubber bracelet around his right wrist, it didn't have any symbols or anything, it was just black. Just like Flash, because of the cosmic energy within him, his eyes became a sharp golden color and his hair naturally turned into a dirty blonde. He also always had his hair unkempt and he always looked tired or mad.

Personality:

Flash: Right off the bat, Flash isn't the sharpest person. He rushes head first into every situation and responds to things emotionally. Whatever he feels or thinks, he says. He's an open book to literally anyone and everyone and is easy to talk to. He's outgoing, loud, emotionally driven, bright eyed and always tries to see the brighter side in things. 

Eric: Eric is the complete opposite of Flash. He's intelligent, definitely the sharpest between the two brothers, doesn't charge into anything without a plan and a plan for his plan, and always responds to things in ways that make him seem like a dick even though he doesn't mean to be, most of the time. Due to how he looks, he isn't the easiest person to come up to and is rather closed off from everyone else who isn't his brother. He seems timid, he's always quiet, his eyes almost seem void of a SOUL and is pretty pessimistic. Not all the time though, just in most situations.

Forms/Transformations:

Flash/Passive state: When Flash uses the passive state of his celestial form there is a thin translucent coat of dim orange cosmic energy that encompasses his entire body. It's practically invisible to the normal humans eyes unless sunlight, or any light in general is shining onto Flash. The light will cause the dim orange hue of the cosmic energy to become more prominent and it would be seen that the cosmic energy waved across his body as if it were waves from the ocean. This passive state also causes his hair to behave as if it were flowing in water. It would flow around gently and raise the tips of his hair up slightly and the orange in his eyes will seem to be glowing softly with a small sheen to them.
This passive state offers Flash a wide variety of abilities and even amplifies the abilities that he's able to do in his human form, the most notable are:

1: Flash will be given extremely heightened senses. Meaning that it seemed as if he had eyes on the back of his head or all around him. He'd be able to see farther away and still see clearly, his sense of smell would be heightened to equal that of a blood-hound, and so on, so forth.

2: Quickened reflexes that are added onto his already fast reflexes which makes his reflexes inhuman.

3: His strength will be multiplied by 60%. Added onto his already impressive strength because he worked out everyday to keep his toned body would make even having to gently pat the ground without having the ground under his feet shake a difficult feat.

4: His speed will be incredibly heightened as well, which easily makes him faster than the diving speed of a peregrine falcon[389 km/h (242 mph)], which is the fastest animal on the planet. 

5: Flash can fly bruh.

6: The final notable ability for the passive state for Flash is the ability to manipulate currents of energy. This causes the occasional spark of electricity to appear at random around his body. Surges of electricity will constantly be coursing throughout his body, this is indicated by thin waves of electricity appearing in his pupil, and the occasional surge of electricity that goes up through his hair; this is what causes his hair to slightly rise. 

<There are many other abilities within the passive form that I'll gladly show through rp. For now I don't think I should keep the list going.>

Flash/Celestial form: The celestial form looks just like Cosmos celestial form. The difference being the color of the cosmic energy that surrounds and flows through the form. For Flash, his body will be pitch black and starry and the color of his cosmic energy will be orange, just like the color of his eyes and hair. This form is a connection from the inheritor and the power cosmic itself. It channels in as much energy as needed and it grants the inheritor a wide array of abilities that are special to each of the inheritors. For Flash, the most notable are:

1: Super Equilibrium: This ability is when a heat of 7.2 trillion degrees Fahrenheit is summoned all around Flash's body in the form of orange electricity. This ability can be used to ward off minor attacks like small blasts of energy. It also offers a nice shock like an electric fence to those that land punches. It can also be molded by Flash and can be transformed into a wide array of things that he will be able to have full control over, or use them as blast attacks that will shoot out at the speed of a microsecond. He can also charge up all the electricity that surrounds his body into one attack that will be amplified by the strength of two megatons. Meaning that if the attack is blocked, or doesn't hit it will still have a massive impact on the battlefield or maybe the target. However it doesn't always have to be followed by that strength. It can be followed by a kiloton instead. (Kiloton:1,000 tons./ Megaton: 1,000,000 tons) This ability also Grant's him the fastest speed known as "Blazing Speed". This causes Flash to be able to move beyond the speed of light and breach a speed that can allow him universal altering speed.

[This move might sound familiar if you've read Cosmos OC sheet. This is because at least one or two  moves and transformations are passed down to each inheritor of the power cosmic. However, Cosmo is one of the special cases that have truly inherited the power cosmic and have accepted the incredible burden that comes with becoming an inheritor and inherited all the powers of the inheritors that are added to his own.]

2: Thunder clap and Flash: This move is when Flash summons forth gauntlets of pure lightning by clapping his hands, which cause a loud booming thunder to sound off. The lightning is formed by a sudden flash of lightning that comes from the sky, it can even seem to come out of nowhere, even with clear skies overhead. This is because the lightning itself comes from the power cosmic, so from space itself. The lightning bolt travels the distance from space all the way down to Flash's hands, and once the connection is made the gauntlets will form around his forearms, and if needed for extra protection he could encase his entire body with a full suit of lightning. However, because of how he is, he usually foresakes the extra armor for speed and only ever allows the gauntlets to extend up to his shoulders. To accompany the already flashy gauntlets around his arms, there are also sparks of electricity that constantly spark off around his body, and his trademark electric hair that he was known for is also in attendance with this form.

3: Solar Flare: With this move, Flash simply does something to make any and all enemies focus all their attention on him in any way he can, which is instantly followed by him extending his arms and legs and the electricity within his body will react in a way that'll cause his entire body to instantly light up with an intense light that instantly blinds enemies. This move has the possibility of having long lasting or permanent damage to anyone's eyes who looks at him while doing this, ain't no one safe from this one my G.

Eric/Passive state: In Eric's passive state, just like Flash's passive state, there is a thin translucent layer of cosmic energy that encasses his entire body. The difference is that when the yellow color of the cosmic energy is seen it seems to hold the fluid properties of a calm fire. In contrast to Flash's which is still fluid but has spikes as if it were an out of wack heart monitor. While Eric is in this passive state, there will be a comfortable and almost welcoming warmth that'll emanate from his body in consistent waves; but to feel it you'd need to get all up in his personal space which he very much will not like. Unlike Flash, Eric doesn't have any of those extra steps that make him look cool like the hair thing that Flash does. Hell, even his little cosmic energy bubble won't be as visible, it'll be even MORE invisible, and because of this his defense is greater than flashes by a longshot, no contest. Eric, even though he has the same amplified abilities as Flash, constantly tries to suppress the visible affects of the cosmic amplification. However, due to him trying to suppress these things, it's shown by having his eyes and hair seemingly glow a golden yellow no matter the time or brightness. 

Eric/Celestial form: In Eric's celestial form, he looks completely identical to Flash. Except his color of course. The color of Eric's Cosmic energy is yellow, and it acts with the property of a constant flame that circulates the outline of the cosmic energy that encompasses his entire body. It'll look pretty cool, and the warmth around Eric will be more noticeable, but it wouldn't rise in temperature. It'll stay the same welcoming warmth and it won't harm anyone who touches any part of his body. Unless he unleashes an attack that is, then his flames can be powerful enough to burn someone out of existence, but he doesn't choose to use his powers in a lethal manner, just like Flash. So in order for him to unleash such a powerful ability, or even think about it, then something would have to happen to his brother Flash. The two are very protective of each other and their bond is comparable to the strongest known material in the universe. Some of Eric's most notable abilities in this form are:

1: Blazing Meteor: In this ability Eric charges up cosmic energy within his body until it reaches a blistering 3000°F(1648°C) and moves all of the energy that he accumulated in his body into his arms which causes it to compress and move around at a quicker pace than when it was coursing through his entire body.  Then he unleashes it through his hands (open palm, or closed fist) which will cause a beam of cosmic energy to shoot out in a singular direction in a concentrated beam that expands the further the beam is shot which causes a cone shape to be singed into the ground. The beam will hit with the force of 9 megatons and will travel at 157078 mph. The force of the blast of energy exiting Eric's body alone will cause a sonic boom that'll force anything nearby to be tossed around like little dolls. If he were to shoot it upwards then it would cause the ground beneath him to crack and break away beneath him, and he'll leave footprints burned into the ground. 

2:Flame cluster grenade: This ability is pretty self explanatory. Eric brings forth flames onto the palms of his hand(s) and tosses them like grenades that break apart upon impact into smaller balls of flame and stick to anything that they touch. The flames that break off from the original fist sized ball of flame begin to burn at 5000°F(2760°C), and they won't stop burning unless they're snuffed out completely and starved of oxygen. 

3: Soul Flame: This ability is where Eric takes in a deep breath that causes his chest to puff out exaggeratedly, and even his entire body will puff up at times depending on how powerful he wants to make the ability. However the breath won't stop, he'll suck in a continuous amount of air that will stoke the flames within his celestial body. The flames will react and form in his body to the point that the yellow flames that make up the color of his cosmic energy will turn an almost neon blue, even his eyes will shine brightly with a bright blue. The flame will grow and expand within his body to the point that if someone looked at him they'll be able to see the flames violently coursing inside of his body. He'll then let out a roar that'll echo for miles, and a large burst of energy will launch out of his mouth that'll make even the most stable person come off balance because of how violently the ground will shake as blue flames burst forth along with the burst of energy that'll shoot out as an uncontrolled flame that'll burn at a blistering 36000-40000 Kelvin (40000 kelvin is about 72000°F). However, because of the energy that is shooting out along with the flames, it'll be used as a barrier of sorts that'll keep the heat of the flames in a controlled location that won't put anyone in immediate danger. If Eric so wished it, the energy could fuze in with the flames and it'll form a huge energy beam that can go from the surface of earth to the moon if he wanted it to, but that'll cause his throat too much irritation that he'll be in blinding pain for about an hour, but to him it'll feel like forever.

The Brother's special abilities

Because these two Brothers have such a strong bond, and have become an oddity even to the powers at be that gave them these abilities, they are able to do things that the other inheritors of the power cosmic can't. For example:

Fusion: Since there are two inheritors of the power cosmic that are existing at a time, they are able to fuse into a singular being that is basically an entirely new being all together. The fusion will amplify their abilities to the point that it caused concern from the powers at be. The fusions name is "Flac", and he has the personality of Flash, and the intellectual mind and cunning of Eric. He stays at 5'11 and his eyes will be completely yellow, as well as his hair, and they'll literally be glowing (the hair) an intense bright yellow. The unkempt and wavey hair will rise at the tips and have orange electricity sparking within it. Orange cosmic energy will be flowing intensely around Flacs body, as well as orange electricity that'll spark occasionally around him.

(While in this state, upon amplifying the brother's abilities, Flac also adds one move that is a combination of Eric's and Flash's most powerful moves. It's called "Cosmic Buster Call" or just "CBC". This is when Flac summons forth the blistering heat of Eric's cosmic energy (Eric, just like Flash, is now completely comprised of the cosmic property that was granted to him. This means that Flac summons forth Erics entire being into an attack which is 300 million degrees. That's hotter than the core of the sun.) and the speed and energy from Flash's cosmic energy. Flash's cosmic energy, his very being and even his blood is basically if electricity had a human body. So when Flac brings forth Flash's speed and Cosmic energy, it is equal to 1 quintillion amps. 1 with 18 zeros btw, and smashes and condenses all of that energy into his arms. He wraps the super powered cosmic energy around his arms and they form gauntlets of flame and electricity that not only speed up his fists, but his entire body as well. One step in the cosmic buster call will cause even light to cease its movement, and if Flac punches hard enough he can literally send his opponent into another dimension. This is just IF they manage to fuse, which they have for their final battle before they died in battle at the age 18.)
