    Hailing from the Militaristic Othari Dominion, Tosh originally started his career safeguarding the heart of his galactic nation Orassia. The Tropical home to the Otharian people which also reside some of the Dominions powerful clans.

    Further into his career with a growing eagerness for encountering new alien worlds away from his homeworld has inspired him to sign up for assignments that would allow him to expand off into the galaxy one planet at a time.
