Personality: Melody is a quiet girl, usually on her own most of the time. She spends a good deal of her time either training or drawing but can be found caring for the people of the town or hanging out with her best friend. With her friend you can see an array of emotions but when alone, she is almost like a doll. She keeps level headed, observant and tried to avoid fighting. It is hard for her to express her emotions to anyone other then her friend or family as the years she spent at the castle and on the battle field had made her cold hearted in order to kill.

Powers/Magics:
'White light' is a simple defensive flash given off from her sword to temporary blind her attackers.
'Sliver lining' is an attack based on her speed, able to dash past several targets in a line (must be single file like) as she slashes them in half (mid-section area) or twirling around 360 degrees when surrounded as she does the same with cutting her targets in half (mid-section due to her height).
'White slash' is her most powerful attack, needing time to charge up as she then lunges at her target, using the power inside her soul and sword to cut down her enemy.
'Rune's blessing' is an ancient magic carved along her blade, stabbing said blade into the ground can do one of several things depending on what the holder asks for but has set requirements for them to work....
Rune's Healing- holder must have pure intentions when trying to heal desired target.
Rune's Escape- Holder must be calm and level headed so to focus the guiding light that will point in the needed direction for when lost or trapped.
Rune's Scorch- Holder must have pure intent to kill in order to set the surrounding ground (about 6 meters out in every direction) ablaze. Holder will be trapped within the safe zone (where one is standing with the sword) for a short amount of time so to wait until the fire dies down.
Rune's Crypt- Holder must have a completely darken heart in order to summon the dead to life to do as you say (lasts only until desired goal is completed).
Rune's Eternal- Holder must have complete devotion and unwavering love for the target in order to exchange one's life for the deceased.
Rune's Breath- Holder must be in water in order to create a bubble of air for when traveling (for when under water).
Rune's Creation- Holder must have a connection to nature in order to call upon its inhabitants (such as the animals, plant life and creatures that can be made from such elements).
Rune's Sacrifice- Holder must be close to death in order to use a void that will take the holder and surrounding targets (three mile perimeter area) into an endless void. Sword will also become sealed to all for up to five years.
Bio: Melody was born on a simple farm house, learning how to do the normal things you would when being on a farm. She was a curious girl, always leaving the farm to wander around, even visit the town when something was up. It was when she was about six years old, going into town as usual that she had found out that a competition was being held. The neighboring kingdom was collecting the best skilled swordsmen from each village so to fight in an upcoming war. Melody had not realized what this was about (Due to not caring as she just wanted to try it) as she entered the competition. Being female, she was looked down upon, even teased by the villagers. The other children would not take it easy on her but she had a natural skill with the wooden blade, quickly parrying her opponents as she would end the round with just a few moves. Her natural skills did not go unnoticed, a summons being sent to her parents as she would be taken to the kingdom to train and fight in the war that would soon come to pass, taking nearly half of all of the knights who had fought. Melody was given no special treatments, being taught the same as all of the male members but she would soon outclass them with just a few years.
By the time she reached ten years old, she was top of her class. The war lasted several years as she was sent out to fight at just twelve years old. The king had placed little faith in her until word had come back, telling of how she had taken down troop after troop, protecting nearly all of her allies and single handedly killed the general that lead the southern forces. It was then that the king had brought her back, giving her the royal treatment as she was not only dressed and given the best equipment but allowed to train with a swordsman that was written in the history books (he was retired).
It took only a year for her to finish her training, being sent back out to battle. The war was won and ended thanks to her hand in only four months. the loss was high but it would have been a higher toll if not for her help. And because of her help, her family was given far more then they had ever wanted. They now ruled over the town and some land that Melody was born in, having more wealth and power then they knew what to do with. The farm was slowly forgotten by her parents as peace took over the land. Melody had changed greatly from when she was a child, being a completely different person due to what all she had seen and done.
The king would still call upon her, having her aid in trivial battles time to time as she was considered their trump card for when he would think things were going sour or taking too long. She had made a name for herself over the years, striking fear in both her opponents and allies as they feared her skill and powers.
