prominent features. Sybil has large, curled ram-like horns atop their head, which they place metal bands upon. Their nose and ears are pierced, and they have a long braided beard. Their legs are like that of a goat's and the fur upon their legs and body is a similar light auburn color as their hair, perhaps a little darker. They are often seen wearing pristine white robes and sandals. Their ears are long and tapered like a deer's, as is their nose like a deer's.

Brief Backstory:

Sybil was born and raised within the mangroves of coastal Beatha, living along side dryads and fauns alike. From an early age, Sybil began to show all the tell tale signs of magical ability, magic running through their veins, passed down from her grandmother’s oracle lineage.

Sybil was sent deep into the mangrove forests once they came of age, seeking out the Order of Pythia, a legendary order of seers and oracles, who worship The Spinner of Fate, Kaeros, the goddess of time, beginnings and ends, and destiny itself. Sybil grew into her power quickly, impressing her mentors and rising through the ranks over the many years spent within the Pythia grove.

There, Sybil was taken under the wing of the seers and taught the ways of the oracle, from scrying with elemental magic, to interpreting or inducing prophetic dreams, to reading the fates of other beings and even manipulating the strings of their fate.

Sybil visited her home grove from time to time, but as her journey into the art of the seer continued, Sybil became disenchanted with the world around them. Knowing the fate of everyone Sybil came across was starting to take it’s toll, and Sybil became starkly aware of their own mortality, their own fate, as they delved deeper into their dreams.

One night in a dream, Sybil witnessed their own death, watched their destiny play out before her very eyes. It was not the heroic death Sybil wished for, and knowing her fate would play out this way if she continued this way, deeply disturbed her. They even hurt and lied to others in the events leading up to their death, leaving behind an ugly legacy upon the world that Sybil would not be proud of.

Was this some kind of trick sent by Pythia to test the faun’s resolve, a test? Or was it a sick joke to mock Sybil for all these years of loyal worship? They sought out their mentors, only to be met with the adamantine fact that her fate was already woven by The Spinner, there was no changing it now.

Frustrated and jaded, Sybil left the Order of Pythia, leaving behind the traditionalism and rigid rules of the order in exchange for a life of freedom, and a second chance to change her destiny. Sybil seeks to change the very weave of their fate, a feat only attempt by few legendary oracles in past and story, and the fate of others. Sybil is not a simple seer who merely reads destinies, they rewrite destiny.
